Buffalo Ranch Chicken Tacos

Ingredients (makes 6 tacos)

  • 300 g cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
  • 3 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  2. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  3. Divide buffalo chicken evenly among tortillas.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing on top, then add lettuce and blue cheese.
  5. Garnish with chives and serve with lime wedges.
