
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and diced
- 1 tbsp crispy bacon bits (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread. Sprinkle diced jalapeño, cheddar, and bacon bits over. Top with second slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium. Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Grill 2–3 minutes per side until bread is golden and cheese melts.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
