Sriracha Honey Wings

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 10 chicken wings, tips removed
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Garnish

  • Sesame seeds
  • Sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Toss wings in oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy.
  3. In a small saucepan, whisk honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and vinegar. Warm gently until combined.
  4. Toss baked wings in sauce until coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve.
