
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 10 chicken wings, tips removed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Garnish
- Sesame seeds
- Sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Toss wings in oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy.
- In a small saucepan, whisk honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and vinegar. Warm gently until combined.
- Toss baked wings in sauce until coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve.
