
Ingredients (makes 4 sliders)
- 1 can (400 g) young jackfruit in brine, drained and shredded
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
- 4 small slider buns
- ¼ cup coleslaw
- 1 tbsp pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Rinse and shred jackfruit into bite‐sized pieces.
- Heat a skillet over medium. Add jackfruit and BBQ sauce; cook 5 minutes, stirring, until heated through.
- Toast slider buns.
- Divide BBQ jackfruit among buns, top with coleslaw and pickles. Serve immediately.
