BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Slider

Ingredients (makes 4 sliders)

  • 1 can (400 g) young jackfruit in brine, drained and shredded
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
  • 4 small slider buns
  • ¼ cup coleslaw
  • 1 tbsp pickles, sliced

Instructions

  1. Rinse and shred jackfruit into bite‐sized pieces.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium. Add jackfruit and BBQ sauce; cook 5 minutes, stirring, until heated through.
  3. Toast slider buns.
  4. Divide BBQ jackfruit among buns, top with coleslaw and pickles. Serve immediately.
