Crispy Garlic Parmesan Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients:

500 g fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and halved

1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour if needed)

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Oil for frying

Instructions:

Wash and pat mushrooms completely dry.

Prepare 3 bowls:

Bowl 1: flour

Bowl 2: beaten eggs

Bowl 3: breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper mixed.

Coat each mushroom in flour, dip in egg, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms in small batches until golden brown and crispy (3–4 minutes).

Drain on paper towels.

Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
