
Ingredients (makes 6 tacos)
- 300 g cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
- 3 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 6 small flour tortillas
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Divide buffalo chicken evenly among tortillas.
- Drizzle ranch dressing on top, then add lettuce and blue cheese.
- Garnish with chives and serve with lime wedges.
