- 1 cup all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1–2 tablespoons water (if needed)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or butter for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the dough:
- Mash the boiled potato in a bowl until smooth.
