Truffle Parmesan Fries

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 400 g frozen shoestring fries
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder (¼ tsp)

Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package instructions until golden‐crispy.
  2. Transfer hot fries to a large bowl. Drizzle with truffle oil and toss gently.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan, parsley, and a pinch of salt, pepper (and garlic powder if using).
  4. Serve immediately in a basket or bowl.
